Founded in 2009 by brothers Kirk, Blake, and Rod Taylor, SOLID Property Services began as a family venture — the three brothers building the company out of their garage with a goal of becoming an all-in-one commercial property service provider that serves the industry better than any existing company.
What started with just a handful of employees has grown into a team of more than 280, serving commercial properties across Southern California — from San Diego and Orange County to Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties.
